Litter And Waste – Focus 7
Focus 7 – Continue litter picking in the community
There will be a litter pick on Saturday 4th December around our school
community. The litter pick runs from 10.30am to 11.30pm. Litter is one of the
Eco Working Group’s focus topics for the next Green Flag journey so we hope
there will be good representation from our school! Volunteers should meet at
Hazlehead Academy at 10.15am. We hope that you can join us if you have
some spare time. Any time you can give will be much appreciated. All
equipment will be provided. Please email the school office if you are to come along.

Many thanks to everyone who was able to attend the Community Litter
Pick last Saturday. It was great to see so many people support the local
community to endeavour to make it litter free.
Our 2nd Community Litter Pick
Thank you to all our families who took part in the second Community Litter Pick. Lots of litter was picked up which has made our surroundings clean once more. We are proud of our community!
