Virtual School Helpline

Its okay to not know what you are doing and be worried about it.

This is new ground for us all – even highly trained staff can unsure with the technology and the situation at the moment.

We are having a few problems with some of our usual ways to communicate with school, and our face to face interaction has been severely curtailed.

However Aberdeen City Council have created a helpline called the Virtual School Helpline who you can call if you are really unsure how to support your learner at this time and you are unable to contact the school in the first instance

You can contact your teacher via google classroom, you can contact the school via the Xpressions App or by email – hazleheadprimary@aberdeencity.gov.uk (although we are having some problems accessing this from outside the school network.)
