Car Parking At Hazlehead School

SCHOOL CAR PARK

Please be reminded that the school car park is ONLY for the use of school staff, visitors, parents who hold a valid exemption parking permit and parents of Nursery children.

The drop off bays are for use ONLY to drop off – not for parking – vehicles must never be left unattended.

Please allow time to park safely in the surrounding area and to walk into the school grounds with your child/ren via the pedestrian path.  Children are also encouraged to walk to school.  A bicycle/scooter shelter is also provided in the school grounds.

This reminder is being sent for Health and Safety reasons.  Many parents continue to use the car park despite these reminders and many park inconsiderately and dangerously.  It was agreed by consultation in previous years that only Nursery parents  could make use of the car park.
