Building the Team

The wonderful Wendy Carrick joined us this afternoon to help P5 develop their team work skills as this is something we can all be a little bit better at because it is such an essential life skill. We took part in various team activities which promoted working together in a fun and engaging way. We learned that everyone has unique skills which together make an effective team. We have to respect and value each other’s qualities. A good way of remembering is this useful mnemonic:
